What to expect during your first:
During the first visit, whether you choose the 1hr Expanded or the 1.5hr Comprehensive, I will take 10 pictures of your eyes and go over the areas within your body that I see needs the most work currently. My goal in these evaluations is to cover the areas of greatest concern for you, know where your symptoms lie, medical history and current health goals then, with all of this combined information, work on developing a specific, individualized written plan for you to take home and get started on.
My recommendations, or plan, always includes nutritional recommendations, what you need to avoid, what you need to consume, etc.
Other recommendations may include the following depending on what your body prefers:
-A supplement routine. I can help you navigate the huge world of vitamins, herbs, homeopathics and supplements and make sure you are getting the best quality, the best forms, and the best potentcies of recommended supplements. And make sure you’re taking just what you need.
-Dietary and lifestyle suggestions—this may include a specific diet, a few guidelines on dietary modification, exercise routines, stress management techniques, etc.
-Other possible recommendations: essential oils, bach flower remedies, cleanses, infrared sauna treatments, massage, etc.
Your Second Visit
The second visit, or “followup” appointment, is a 30-minute long appointment that takes place 2-3 months after your initial evaluation (unless recommended otherwise)
At this visit, I will take new pictures to make sure we’re moving in the right direction, make supplement adjustments, and answer any questions you may have.

The cost of the initial evaluation depends on whether you want a 60 or 90-minute visit.
The 60-min (expanded) visit is $190
The 90-min (comprehensive) visit is $280
Because Claire only schedules one patient at a time, we ask these appointments be prepaid to reserve all new patient visits. This prepayment is fully refundable for appointments changed with at least 48-hours (2 business days) notice. We are able to accept cash, checks, paypal, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.
The followup visit is 30-minutes:
If your initial evaluation was 60-min (expanded) your followup will be $60 (discounted $40).
If your initial evaluation was 90-min (comprehensive) your followup is Free
Followups need to be used within 6-months of initial evaluation.
What happens after completion of this series of appointments?
Following your progress after your first initial visit is an essential part of your naturopathic plan. I feel strongly about staying present and aware of the progress you are making toward health. As your body heals, often modifications and adjustments need to be made to your naturopathic plan, and the only way to effectively do this is through regular follow-up appointments.
On average, follow-up visits are once every 3-4 months, for 30-minutes (basic eval) at a cost of $100.
Sometimes longer 60-minute follow-ups are necessary.
How often you need follow-ups and for how long is a very individualized decision that will be determined after we meet and I get to know your full story.
